Pros
People on the plant floor bust their butts to make a quality product and make production numbers.
Cons
Pactiv has ceased 90% of their quality assurance programs & PM programs along with leaving equipment down because "the parts are not in the budget to repair the machine" all because they "need to reduce operating costs"! The name of the game is not to save money, the name of the game is to make money! you can't make money with poor quality and broken machines. Management is taking the tools away from the production workers!
