      Pay is decent Staff Get exercise on the job

      Cons

      12 hr shifts. You really have no energy to do anything but work and sleep. Don't recommend for people that want to have an actual life.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
