      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are top notch. Pay is decently good for the location.

      Cons

      Pactiv say they are all about their employees growing with in the company, but won't give a chance on you. Have no problems slashing overtime to a halt to "save money".

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
