      There is nothing positive about this company

      Cons

      Worked us like a dog. Management is lazy, greedy, ineffective and will push you to the absolute brink of every minute of those long 12 hr shifts whilst they reward themselves with the bonuses off your hard work. Favoritism was out of control.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
