Leading betting exchange, growing, Some very talented people in areas of the technology team, not stale. Not much more to say about topic.
Cons
Not recovered from a Good to Great programme. New middle managers are now increasing Americans and/or coming from Vodafone - a very closed group, that has no interest in people outside the group. Staff engagement is decreasing very rapid at the moment in many areas
