I worked in Malta on the Arcade, Exchange Games and the online casino, with the odd trip to Hammersmith. If you like sport, punting and a bit of 'banter' - Betfair is the place. The core exchange remains an unbeatable product and it is difficult to see how another company can challenge Betfair's domination of exchange betting.
Cons
The worst idea that come to the fore in my time was that the company was 'technology led', largely because of its huge internal 'engineering' team. This seemed a ruse to grant techies more power in making commercial decisions. Of course any biz should be customer led.
