Was a good place to work... Had smart people and was fun. The bonus plan at first actually looked excellent..
Cons
No career prospects. No clear direction, it changes every couple of months. People spend all their time covering their own backs and not working as a team. It is all down to me me me.. Management have let too many good people leave because of workload, poor renumeration (the 2010 pay review was a net pay cut), Bonus plan that is designed to actually never pay out, it pays yearly (who does that, seriously). They never fire incompetent staff, they promote them to manager and they do more harm there. There will unlikely be a 2011 bonus, just like there was non in 2010.. Other than the IPO bonus paid to Execs, the rank and file got nothing... The 'share saving plan' if you got it in the last 3 years forget your shares making you money that share price is on it's way to 4 pounds a share when your quoted 8. The management in public are all 'ethical' but behind those board room doors they are deceitful and go back on everything the preach..
