Absolutely nothing. The whole team doesn't know a word of writing articles that are meant for readers to understand. All they focus is on over-optimization.
Cons
The Co-Founder and the marketing team doesn't know how to handle a team of writers.
They keep saying "market rate" but after working with them for years, I was getting paid the lowest any company would be paying.
The marketing team keeps changing, which is not news since its a toxic company to work at.
They collect feedback once every two months, but never implements anything.
If you ask for a rate appraisal, they will fire you saying some nonsensical reasons.
The Co-Founder, Tony is an absolute rude, and unethical person.
