Pros
Young employees can get a lot of experience quickly and build their portfolios. Compensation is adequate.
Cons
A handful of employees carry nearly all of the load, and the majority barely pull their weight. The teams are kept very lean, so when the stars burn out and leave, productivity really drops. D&I initiatives are non-existent.
