Full politicallized work environment under Diploma Mentality Managers who dont want to see Executives successful .... Salary is worst for Executives. The Engineer is hired for 20k in start and then 28k to 32k only ... The annual increment is only 2000 or 3000 ... The highly bogus senior management has no concern to their lower staff .... They just want to earn from wrong means and thats it. HR is just the name ... Their senior management just blackmails to their emploeyees ... They dont even listen the voice of employee... The owners are being foolished by the senior staff ...
