Where to begin? This company is run by two partners who tried to start their own shop after leaving Lee & Associates - a successful, established firm. During my almost 3 years, the partners blew off dozens of my meetings that I broke my back to book, either due to sheer incompetence, or the colossal ego of one particular partner that drove him to make ALL of his appointments wait at least 30 minutes to see him, just so he gives off the impression of being important. This firm is a laughing stock of the Dallas commercial real estate world - a world where your reputation is everything, and the partners of this firm will do everything to sabotage your reputation and bring you down to their level. They have almost no institutional listings due to their lack of ANY level of sophistication in their brokerage - no data, no analytics, nothing - just a market survey printed from CoStar. This may have worked in the 80's - not 40 years later. This firm relies on young impressionable talent straight out of college. They know what words to say and what expensive dinners to buy to make you think they'll make you successful.
Lastly, the “main” partner used to park in handicap spaces every day. When I asked him if he thought that could be wrong, he said “nobody ever parks there.” That interaction sums up everything to know about this individual.
