      Good work life balance. Good co-workers. Interesting projects. Good analytical capabilities. Paycheck every two weeks. Mostly, paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      Never ending re-orgs and headcount reductions. Pay is not very good for Long Island. Constant changes. Relocation into a small corner of the building.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
