Pros
There are some really good people that work here. Unfortunately they are not treated well and move on quickly as a result.
Cons
HR is a cancer to the ANZ business and is the source of the toxic work environment. Remedy this to allow for actual support for the employees and not protect the extremely bad behavior by management and this will improve the retention in the business.
