      Amazing development/training opportunities Great work-life balance Working with really nice people Work events are organized Hybrid work available

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Pall is part of Danaher and they are quite slow with aligning their salary bands to the industry average. Pay rise is also capped. Career progression (in Aerospace) can be quite slow.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
