Pros
Lots of brilliant, hard-working people that really seem to care about their employees from a well-being perspective. Co-workers are very amicable and quick to help. Opportunities to learn about other countries.
Cons
Organization and structure don't always lead to most efficient processes; I was never given a solidified job description and was asked to do tedious paperwork tasks that require steps that could definitely be streamlined. There is quite a bit of learning-on-the-go. Very understaffed in C&C, IT, HR, and AP (arguably the most important depts) which makes really important requests take days/weeks to fulfill. Most people work way more than 8-hour days to just keep up. The senior management requires more business opportunities to be pursued without hiring additional employees, so people are stretched increasingly thin.
