Cons
Organizational structure is cumbersome and focused on project-based management and cycle. HR needs are planned based on project needs, not on a more strategic view on the future plans of the company. This means that contracts have an end-date always around, and that you have to be seeking for opportunities constantly. Organization also has limited anti-harassment policy.
