Pros

Learning to drive 5000kg forklift. Moving and loading and unloading HGV lorry’s. Good rate of pay.

Cons

Not a lot of holidays. Small family business.

Pros

In my experience Pallet has given people opportunities to grow into different careers. The owner and senior management are committed to ending unsheltered homelessness. It's nice that they offer a livable wage to new hires and teach them skills to move up in the company. Its nice working for a second chance company.

Cons

It's hard to come up with some because when a problem arises management fixes it so that issues don't linger. So, no cons in my opinion.

Pros

Second chance company that pays well. The goal is to help end homelessness and help get people clean.

Cons

Everyone you work with are perma fried, nodding out, sex offenders, or management that won't prioritize it's workers downstairs and won't listen to the criticism to improve their product.
