      Pros

      Employee engagement at all levels where your opinion is encouraged, welcomed, and heard. Development is encouraged and aided in many excellent ways. Not as structured and rigid as other companies which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Less structured and rigid in job descriptions as other companies and if you come from a very structured background, it can take some time to acclimate. Overall, having worked in structured jobs, I find this more enjoyable with more freedom to affect positive change.

      Great place to work and they are very kind.

      Wish we were inside a building that has all four walls when the cold weather kicks in.

      Pros

      Goes above and beyond OSHA safety standards. Shares in success by bonus system. Very good at JHA and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

      Cons

      Too much nitpicking and not enough people to implement every change. Unrealistic expectations about ZERO INJURIES. People are human and will make mistakes.
