Pros
One of the top payer in Israel as far I know (checked levels.fyi too) Very easy to work from home 3-4 times if you get a good manager If you are there for a few years you would probably would never be replaced
Cons
FYI - I was basically let go. I was offered to continue with a PIP and I've chosen not to take it and just look for a better place for me. From my experience on the Cortex product, I've felt like there is a lot of micromanagement, the codebase isn't very stable so its hard to onboard new people and work independently. there is a lot of chaos before release / deadlines. lots of bugs and fires to put out that don't enable a calm day to day working. Every one works in a vaccum almost on his feature with his/hers manager. People are friendly, but it's all for show...
