Pros
None. I questioned if every dollar I made there was worth it. It is not.
Cons
-Micro managers, especially the CEO
-Executives launch the company into random directions with no research to back their shots-in-the-dark. They fail or executives change their minds after mass amounts of money have been spent.
-Executives lie to employees and short them on bonuses and refuse raises. One person worked her job and her manager's for more than 6 months, but only got half her bonus, $500.
-Management asks their HR person to post positive reviews to draw in unsuspecting job seekers.
-Executives tirelessly try to get the HR person to remove glassdoor reviews that are true. (Check what Paltalk used to be called, Peerstream, and Snap Interactive before that)
-When projects go wrong, executives blame their subordinates for their own decisions.
-Executives are sticklers for requesting vacation and constantly contact employees on vacation to continue doing work.
-When executives go on vacation they're completely unreachable and don't request their vacation, they just suddenly don't come to work for a week.
-Executives don't care about their customers, I once heard an executive say "They aren't people".
I am repulsed that I ever worked for this company. There is a reason they've changed their company name 3 times in 5 year.
