Pros
Some of the employees are great to work with, the pay is good after you put a little time in. In some positions there is opportunity for growth. Decent vacation time once you have many years in the company.
Cons
There is no structured training for newly hired dispatchers. The vacation time takes forever to add up with some positions earning only one week of vacation after a full year of work. The management is disinterested and unorganized and some are downright unprofessional, harassment of employees is the norm at this company. The health insurance offered through some of the unions is not great.
