Foreign upper management is very detached from daily operations Struggles to comply with labor laws No breaks if business is busy Language barriers Constructive feedback is seen as being emotional or being a complainer by Hungarian upper management. Russian support team expects Americans to get support on Russian time. Absolutely ridiculous. Issues with correct amount of tax being withheld from paychecks Virtually no upward mobility for American employees
