      I barely found few pros here, if you are fresher you'll get the opportunity to learn the PCI DSS ,CERT-IN projects. And the other thing is CEO, yes you can talk with him directly if you facing any issue.

      Cons

      Manager and her Puppets, Favoritism, Politics, Micro Groups, must follow her footsteps, shouldn't stand up against her puppets, Work overload. one must let her know about everything we are doing in the company.
