Cons
Global and Local Management totally clueless of whats going on at the front lines. There was never talk about growing (and investing), only slashing costs. Too much staff turnover. No management support when really needed. Handling clients for the privilege and not profit. A Process and not customer-driven organization. Inane process to be followed with no value added to bottom line. "You know you work for Panalpina when the process is/becomes more important than the customer". Unrealistic Management Fees that killed any profit generated and the alleged support that these management fees bought, was virtually non-existant. The human touch, which made Panalpina great at one time, was not there any more.
