Transparency was nonexistent, with crucial information withheld from employees. This lack of openness fostered an environment where deceit became the norm, and honesty was a rarity. Furthermore, there was a pervasive culture of dishonesty among employees, which only exacerbated the toxic atmosphere. It became clear that success was measured not by merit or hard work, but by one's ability to manipulate and deceive. One of the most disheartening aspects of my tenure was the blatant disregard for employee well-being and appreciation. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, bullying and lack of support were rampant, creating a hostile work environment, which was reinforced by the laziness and the incompetence of the HR Perhaps most concerning was the indifference displayed by the high management. Despite numerous complaints and pleas for intervention, it was evident that our concerns fell on deaf ears.
