Miserable job...unrealistic expectations from upper management and little work / life balance! - ASM (Area Sales Manager) Panasonic Employee Review

The executive team had extremely high and unrealistic matrix-based expectations of those working in the field and created conflict between peers. They had little regard for work/life balance and the turnover was extremely high. For such a large company, they had horrible backend systems that made doing your job nearly impossible. Constant grind that left many resentful and miserable.
