Decent salary. Mostly good people below the exec level. Good culture DNA.
Cons
Non-ethical behavior at the top. Typical micromanagement from the Japanese leadership makes it hard to get things done. The product segment of IFE/IFC is getting crowded and PAC innovation is slow. Too many ties to legacy solutions.
