As previous remarks, is basically favoritism culture. Lots of senior old Tai QI masters, so If you love to work till your health breaks down, like my ex colleagues, pls proceed. My ex colleagues who worked so hard, got themselves into high blood pressure etc, but mgmt do not really care. To survive, just be a YES person, even when bottom of your heart, is stupid work. Oh yes. Pay raise of less than $100 dollars is normal. Bonus, if they dun like you, you get zero. They did this to ex-GM and managers. Zero bonus??? Why join just a company who may do this to you eventually? Remember, when you just join, you will be a shining star, bright and shiny. If you know how to lick, you will survive. If not, you will be just another fallen star. Conclusion, go join other company IT.
