Trigger warning: DON’ T work there - Anonymous employee Panda Employee Review

If you are going to work at Panda I just want to tell you how is the reality. First of all, the reviews are not realistic & give you the wrong impression since they make you write it in your first days, when you still have no idea. The environment I can describe as toxic positivity: you should always bring “good energy”, be happy and perfect all the time. Otherwise you are “ killing their vibe”. Double standards exist, rules that they impose on people, they do the opposite, which is highly disrespectful. High micromanagement, you are watched closely when you come/ leave the office. Even if you are 1-2 mins late, I promise you it will be a problem. There is zero flexibility, no work from home, only long office hours. They give you wrong information at the beginning that you will have flexibility & 4 day work week, but at the end nobody can take it.
