      Easy job, paid meals, health insurance i think

      Cons

      High expectations for low pay. Expect you to act like a manager and do the work of the manager and jump through hoops of area conferences before you are promoted. And even after all that work - they will pick someone who is Asian with less credentials.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
