      Long hours, GM never showed or kept promises, No life after work, Too much freaking out when a higher manager comes to town, also must live by the Panda way and CULT-ure.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
