Depending on you area manager and the location, sometimes things can be great and fulfilling.
Cons
Extremely physically-demanding and number-driven. The company would like to brand itself as a causal dining business but it's still run like any fast food joint; The bottom line is all that matters. Couldn't help to feel like working in a sweat shop most of the time.
