Great pay and the ability to climb up if you prove yourself, management is a lot better and fair here compared to other food franchises.

Not much cons. Only that if you are firstly starting, you'll probably be expected to clean the floors for closing shifts, but that's typically for everywhere else. Once there's new people coming in and there is often), you don't have to do it anymore.
