      Pros

      The culture at PandaPay is being sold a dream that you will "build a portfolio so you can retire in a villa somewhere early" when in fact, you are doing this for your bosses instead :)

      Cons

      No base salary, 100% commission, saturated market, negative customer reviews about Elavon. You can do the same thing as an independent re-seller of Elavon or other payment service providers, and skip the middleman (PandaPay)

      Pros

      I have been in the payment processing industry for nearly 20 years and this is hands down the very best organization I have been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the mission and the care are amazing. I can honestly say this company changed my life. It gave me an opportunity to grow and stretch beyond my limiting beliefs. I was impressed from the very first day I was introduced to the company and have remained the same ever since. I am very grateful to be a part of such a tremendous team.
