Pros
1. Steep learning curve 2. Subject knowledge and practical skill set of most of the people in the team is really good. 3. Good project that is thought provoking, challenging and satisfying.
Cons
1. No work life balance, 2. No consideration for personal time with working hours going beyond 8pm on majority of the weekday because of data discussion that happen only in evening as CEO is in the US. 3. Lack of job security and appreciation for most of the people irrespective of how hard you work. 4. Unfair favouritism to a select few
