Joining this company has been one of the best experiences of my career. Coming from a B2C background with limited B2B experience, I was completely new to SaaS, but the team helped me learn and grow at every step.

The culture here is one of the best I’ve experienced: inclusive, positive, and full of energy. Employee engagement activities, especially the JAMs, are always fun and bring the team closer. The work-life balance is great, and salaries are always on time.
At first, I was unsure about the unlimited leave policy, but soon realized it’s one of the best perks here. As long as you manage your responsibilities, you can take time off when you need it. The best part of all is that there’s absolutely zero office politics, and everyone supports each other.

Honestly, I haven’t found any major cons yet. The company is still growing, so it naturally comes with its own pros and cons, but that’s manageable and part of any growing organization.
