I joined Panoramic Associates four years ago, fresh out of university with absolutely no idea what I wanted to do in my career. I chose to work for Precision Resource Group because of the culture and clear progression, which has exceeded expectations. From day one it has been a learning curve that I have thoroughly enjoyed, even the lows! I have made friends for life and have been fortunate enough to have hit five promotions. I believe I have achieved this from received constant support from everyone in the company, which has pushed me to hit my goals to support the Local Government space. I am excited about what the future at PRG holds, as it has been life-changing so far. If anyone is looking to enter the recruitment industry from either a sales or non-sales background, look no further than PRG.
