Lack of supportive management. No professional/annual review. Raise was automatic without review. QC was non-existent. Any mistakes will be counted as strikes against you without follow-up or much discussion about what went wrong. Drawing standards are still in limbo. Stagnant office culture. Don't work here if you're looking for a mentor. Odds are you won't find one.
