Horrible pay! - Gate Coordinator Paper Transport Employee Review

This is a good place to work. They’re very thorough. They wanna make sure that you’re safe and you’re doing safety practices doing their job also to keep you safe and the public safe. I’ve been now six months in and I still like what I see they’re very patient and kind And they want you to succeed to be the best. as in any place that you work, people will get comfortable too comfortable and then they lose what they have so have integrity and do the right thing.

The pay is OK for what I do. I can’t complain. It’s a start and at least they give you that opportunity to work at a trucking company. They do put a lot of value in you in your training and the money that they spend.

No micromanaging. They treat you like an adult. Staff is friendly.

Rules are constantly changing. I have been with the company for almost three years and it feels like office staff is constantly being moved around. That leads to a lot of confusion and frustration.
