Poor Leadership - Undervalue Staff - Overworked and Underpaid - Clinical Services Coordinator Paradigm Employee Review

I worked for Paradigm for several years and a few things need to be reviewed. Employees are ridiculously underpaid in the Clinical Operation department. Staff are expected to perform project management duties, budgeting and resource management while being paid a receptionist salary. In addition, favoritism and backstabbing is rewarded with a monetary at the end of the year. Annual raises are rarely given at more than 2%.
