Pros

- A few responsive clients

Cons

- A conflict adverse team - No account manager support - No recruiter or recruitment support - No clear communication - Incompetent leadership - Very questionable ethics (asking people to put up fake reviews, paying recruiters to act as brand ambassadors, lack of clear payment standards) - Imagine working for a year on their requirements to realize that 90% of their clients are unresponsive or delusional.

Pros

- Incredible PMF and business opportunity - pace of growth and quality of product is WONDERFUL. - $500 coffee/transportation stipend per month - Free lunch/dinner - Founders are not giant sticks, quite down to earth - Eng/Product is fairly stable for Series B, significantly less chaos than similar Series A or Seed startups - Lots of autonomy, lots of opportunity, lots of room for scope and growth - Youthful yet measured energy; not a tech bro culture.

Cons

- Long hours is the norm (but not out of fear, but out of motivation to keep pace and thrive) - Sometimes lack of structure or short/mid-term planning; retrospective process is not mature. - Current healthcare plan lacks choice

Pros

-Good benefits: $500 monthly transportation and coffee stipend, plus free fancy gym membership at Bay Club -High Ownership and Great opportunities for Impact -Employees overall are smart and fun to work with

Cons

Leadership does not have much of a long term vision, they are pretty short-sighted and lead the company in an ADHD like behavior with montly metrics and work focus keeps changing every month. Lots of conflicting incentives and work across departments, leadership does not align the departments well since they lack the vision for future. Work hours are demanding except 55-60 hours at least, quite few people show up at 9am and don't leave until midnight. PTO is unlimited but taking PTO is not welcomed, multiple instances when employees asked for PTO they were told to work at least 1-2 days during their PTO. Extreme high expectations, some teams have missed out their monthly target metrics, the next month instead of keeping them similar level to be more achievable for growth, the target metrics for next month increased even more significantly without any meaningful estimation.
