The team at Paragon are colaborative, communicative, and just overall wonderful to work with! They've all been there for a long time which says a lot. They are helpful, quick to respond and supportive which is exactly what you need when you are contracting. Additionally they are working in 2026
You enter your time easily
You have your personal employment info in an easy to update space (paycom) - I updated my W2 and it reflected immediately which was a surprise
Any time I have a question about literally anything from benefits to resume advice they will get right back to me
Cons
I have to be honest and say I haven't found a con.. I could go on and on about other places, but these guys have it together.
