Work from home full time. Pay is competitive. Generous PTO & Holiday allowance. Coworkers are pretty cool & helpful.

The management. This is a complete bait and switch. Do not let them headhunt you from larger companies with the work from home hook. The grass is greener where you already are. The price you will pay is micromanagement and an EXTREME production environment. It will feel like a call center but you’re manually processing all day. There is no automation. The systems are slow but they will want personal production as if you are working with automated processes. I was warned as soon as I came onboard how they will run people off. Not just run of the mill employees… They ran off GOOD, top performer type people. Their mgmt will run this company into the ground. Keep your secure job, you’ve been warned.

Your boss is barely around. Freedom of speech with coworkers . Free coffee. nice building.

No recognition of hard work. Money hungry boss. You can’t express your concerns or even mention the wrong doing of a coworker without being gaslighted and feel like your boss thinks you’re inadequate and incapable of giving ideas/ inside look. (Mind you he’s never around anyways) Don’t even think about a raise or growth. Too little of a company and too many people who quit after a few weeks to a month. Allstate isn’t an easy product to sell and even if you are great, you’re still a number It’s not for the faint hearted or for those who actually like to go home feeling good about themselves. You’re a muppet.
