      Pros

      Good discount, friendly co-workers, great products... that's about it.

      Cons

      Poorly managed store, high turnover rate, building is very old and looks like its about to collapse at any minute, customers can be annoying, difficult to obtain a full-time position, and AVOID being late.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
