      Pros

      You learn a lot for future careers, a lot about sports and supply management. Ok pay with room to progress. Is in the middle of union square.

      Cons

      The pay is ok and you wont get paid much more no matter how hard you try. Once you have the position you lose a sense of motivation.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team

      lack of professionalism and structure
