When paragon owners started to become more hands on with the theater in Fredericksburg it started to become difficult to work. When that location was ran by Splitsville it was fine to work, managers hired by splits did an above average job, but once paragon started to get handsy it started to get stressful. Employee expectations went through the roof, quality of new hires dropped, management moral tanked, employee complaints were ignored, and so on.
