There are no Prons but the co workers in the company are very good

I think this is Worst company if Your are going to join . Monthly there will be minimum of 2 employees they will remove from the company. No security for Job, Strict timings, even if u work very hard even they will remove from the company. All the process runs on 1-2 persons hand. Mainly in this the permanent are the relatives of CEO and Business unit head.

I don't see any pros in paraminfo

Very very bad no morals and unethical company. If employee goes to office by 5 mins delay paraminfo deducts half day salary. If employee takes leave on Friday and Monday paraminfo deducts 4 days salary includes Saturday and Sunday, they calls it Sandwich. After 10 years of employment they disagree to pay Gratuity also
