Pros
Corp policies and code of conduct is fair, compensation is pretty decent, but not top of the market. Many changes are occurring and there are opportunities fire those who want to put in the time, but they should plan on long hours, if they want to move up.
Cons
Many internal initiatives are under-funded or are supported widely at the executive level, allowing multiple solutions, workflows and databases to pop up like weed. This makes it difficult to accomplish goals that require sorry from other teams because there are either no standardized systems or they are under developed and employees are under trained in their utilization. Plus, years of layoffs have left the company spread critically understaffed in multiple area, requiring those who remain to pick up the slack. When be employees must be added, it's nearly impossible to open up a staff role, instead trying to freelance as many rooms as possible.
