      Pros

      Decent benefits package with healthcare and 401K. Really enjoy the discounted gym. Overall nice atmosphere to work in. Get most major holidays off, with a decent chunk of time off at Christmas

      Cons

      Would prefer more than 10 days vacation time and less forced holidays.
