Pros

The team at Paramount Property showcases commendable diligence and a strong aptitude for achieving results, reflecting their reliability and productivity. Their overall contributions positively impact project success, highlighting their potential for growth.

Cons

There are notable cons, including a lack of cohesion and reliance on grapevine communication, which can lead to misunderstandings and hinder collaboration. Additionally, a diminished propensity for mutual assistance among team members may reduce morale and efficiency. Furthermore, the apparent disengagement in training initiatives, particularly for interns, suggests missed opportunities for skill development, indicating a need for a more supportive and collaborative environment to fully realize the team's potential.

Pros

On the company level of things, the culture is pretty good. Very little to no toxic environment. Mid level and below are all very helpful, friendly, and open people. People who are here to get things done and not here to play politics or blame game.

Cons

I can't say for the market rate of pay for other positions but most of us are severely underpaid for the workload expected of us. They may be generous with their bonus but you are in for a ride if you're expecting to upkeep your life with a bonus that may or may not come at the company's discretion. Managers and above (not all) are very disconnected with their teams. I do not blame most of them as the headcount available for the expectations from the higher mangement is very big. Its like you're expecting 1 car to tow 5 full container trucks. Its only natural that responsibilities are passed on down the chain. However, there's not enough support, which causes dissatisfaction, from the mid level and below.
